Who cares how many Malays/Chinese/Indians/Kadazans/Ibans/Bajaus/Melanaus/Orang Aslis there are in the Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang? Isn’t it enough that the people of Penang get their water? Why is this becoming an issue?
